On September 18, the final part of the first flag-tournament in American football for the Sofia Cup was held at the "Vasil Levski" NSA field, which also celebrated the City of Sofia Holiday. The teams of the Sofia Bears - First and Second teams, the Blagoevgrad Griffins and the Sofia Tigers took part in it. The results in the individual matches are as follows: Sofia Tigers - Sofia Bears II 6 to 20, Blagoevgrad Griffons - Sofia Bears I 12 to 28, Sofia Tigers - Blagoevgrad Griffons 14 to 6 and Sofia Bears I - Sofia Bears II 22 to 6. Final ranking: First place and winner of the Sofia Cup 2010 Sofia Bears I, Second place Sofia Bears II, Third place Sofia Tigers and Fourth place Blagoevgrad Griffons. Sofia Bears quarterback I Hristiyan Chan was chosen as the most valuable player. The tournament, which will become annual and with international participation, was closed with a barbecue, which was respected by all present friends of this increasingly popular sport.
