The American football players from Team Sofia practice sumo

The Bulgarian sumo champion Petar Stoyanov invited the players from the American football team - Team Sofia to train with his alumni, for the preparation of the 2010 season, during which the Bulgarian players have a tough competition program waiting for them. At the first joint practice, the American football players were surprised by the many similarities between their sport and sumo, as well as by the extremely intense physical exertion. Such pre-season training will seriously increase the athletic level of the players of Team Sofia. American Football Federation - Bulgaria and the coaches of Team Sofia sincerely thank Petar Stoyanov and the sumo athletes for the given opportunity.
