On June 20 at 1 p.m. at the NSA rugby field, the American football team Sofia Bears (ex "Team Sofia") will face the Serbian Indija Indians in an extremely important clash for both teams. For the Sofia Bears, this will be the first clash with a team from the most developed American football league in the Balkans - the Serbian one. American football in Serbia has been developing for decades and is the second most watched sport in our neighbor. After the last victory of the team over the Romanian Bucharest Warriors with 24:6, the Bears are inspired to prove to the Serbs that in Bulgaria this new sport has a serious basis and that we can play at their level. For the Serbian team, this will be their first international match and it will be a good opportunity for them to prove themselves at the international level.
