Season 2024: three-time Bulgarian champions
A third straight title, an unbeaten championship season and close games in the Balkan League: looking back at 2024.
What can we say about the 2024 season? The Sofia Bears became three-time back-to-back Bulgarian champions – 2022, 2023 and 2024.
In the BFAF championship the Bears did not lose a single game, and the final against the Sofia Knights ended 35:13. In the Balkan League we did not make the playoffs, but we played to the end and were close to winning every game.
The team keeps getting stronger and more determined. Preparation for 2025 is already under way – Bears don’t hibernate! Practices every Friday at 19:00 and every Sunday at 13:30 at Malinova Dolina sports base. Happy New Year!
