Sofia Bears vs. Black Hornets from Jagodina, Serbia
On 24 May 2015 at 18:30 the Sofia Bears host the Jagodina Black Hornets in their third game of the Serbian Third League.
On May 24, Sunday at 18:30, the Sofia Bears will face the Black Hornets team from Jagodina, Serbia. This is the 3rd match of the Bears from the Serbian championship, and so far the Bulgarian team has already recorded 2 wins.
The Serbian team is extremely motivated to avenge the heavy defeat that the Bears inflicted on them during their visit to Serbia. Very young and still inexperienced, the team from Jagodina also relies on veterans who played in different Serbian teams and returned to play for their hometown.
The Bears, in turn, play in a regular championship for the first time and so far their performance is more than brilliant. We should not forget, however, that the southern division is only the first step in the ambitious plans of the Bulgarian team for the development of this new sport for Bulgaria. Of course, one of the steps is a convincing victory this Sunday in front of their own audience. In their last game, the Bears won convincingly 41-0 in front of nearly 300 enthusiastic fans of American football.
